1. Scope & Operator

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through the online shop at ccby.club, operated via Shopify by:

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2. Products

ccby.club sells scarfs in limited quantities. All products are described as accurately as possible, including material, dimensions, and care instructions. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

3. Formation of Contract

All product listings and prices on ccby.club constitute an invitation to purchase, not a legally binding offer. A binding sales contract is concluded at the moment your payment is successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Please note that stock is limited. In the rare event that an item is no longer available after your payment, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF). VAT (MWST) is not included in the displayed prices and will be shown separately at checkout where applicable.

Shipping costs are free worldwide.

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Apple Pay
  • Bank transfer
5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped worldwide via Swiss Post or comparable international carriers. Dispatch takes place once payment has been confirmed.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Switzerland: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only. ccby.club is not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International orders: Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes that may be levied upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

A tracking number will be provided where available.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging components.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Import duties and customs costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept liability for parcels lost in return transit.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted for return.

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

7. Liability

ccby.club's liability for lost, stolen, or damaged goods is governed by Swiss law. In exceptional cases, liability is limited to the value of the relevant transaction.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or non-delivery of products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ccby.club — including product photography, descriptions, branding, and design — is the property of ccby.club if not stated otherwise and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected during the order process (name, address, email, payment details) is used solely for processing your order and, where applicable, for sending order-related communications.

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where required to fulfil your order (e.g. shipping providers) or where required by law.

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, your email address will be used to inform you about new collections, promotions, and updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Our data processing practices comply with Swiss data protection law (DSG / nDSG).

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. We reserve the right to bring claims before the courts of the customer's country of residence.

In the event of any dispute, both parties will first endeavour to reach an amicable resolution.

11. Changes to These Terms

ccby.club reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version applicable to your order is the one in force at the time of purchase.
