Where are the scarves manufactured?
The scarfs are carefully printed with water-based inks on high-quality silk in a small family-business in Italy. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value and all the employees are treated with respect.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free worldwide.
Orders are shipped via Swiss Post or comparable international carriers. Dispatch takes place once payment has been confirmed.
For international orders, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes that may be levied upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.
A tracking number will be provided where available.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Switzerland: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Please allow up to 5 days to process before shipping. A Tracking number will be emailed after processing.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
You have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging components.
