Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped worldwide via Swiss Post or comparable international carriers. Dispatch takes place once payment has been confirmed.

Estimated delivery times:

• Switzerland: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only. ccby.club is not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International orders: Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes that may be levied upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

A tracking number will be provided where available.

Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging components.

Please note:

• Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Import duties and customs costs are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept liability for parcels lost in return transit.
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted for return.

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.
